On March 11, 2023, Vela Industries Group (VIG) announced the acquisition of Jumpstart Interactive Intelligence, a leading provider of digital omnichannel communication platforms based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This acquisition enhances VIG’s digital transformation and customer experience (CX) capabilities, reinforcing its global portfolio of enterprise technology solutions.

Founded in May 2010. JumpsStart has created a leading, world class omnichannel communications platform, called JumpStart IQ, engineered to drive profitability and service excellence.
